Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • New Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and return label.
  • No restocking fees

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@rivierathebrand.com to request a return form and the return address.
  2. Prepare Your Items: Repack your items securely, ideally in original packaging.
  3. Ship Back the Return: Use a trackable shipping method to send the package. Keep your tracking information until we confirm receipt.
  4. Refund or Exchange: After we receive and inspect your items, we’ll process your refund.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original purchase for a refund within 30 days and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos and your order number.
  • Email us at info@rivierathebrand.com . We’ll take care of it promptly.

Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be processed.
  • Ensure returns are shipped with tracking to prevent loss during transit.
